Not ideal for guests with mobility concerns. • There are multiple workspaces for remote workers or students. 🚗 Parking & Location • Free parking is included in a nearby structure—parking details will be provided before check-in. • You’re staying in the heart of downtown Ann Arbor! Expect the vibrant energy of the city, including potential street noise. 🔑 Access & Security • Guests will receive a personalized keyless entry code before check-in. • Locked doors are off-limits—these areas are for owner use only. 📶 Wi-Fi & Remote Work • High-speed Wi-Fi is included—perfect for remote work! • There are three dedicated workspaces in separate rooms. 🚫 House Rules & Restrictions • No parties, events, or extra guests beyond those booked. • No smoking, vaping, or open flames (candles, incense, etc.). • Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM to respect neighbors. • No pets allowed. ❄️ Climate Control & Comfort • The loft has central heating and A/C, hold heat in summer.
